The space features polished concrete floors, an updated kitchen, mini-split heating and... cooling, and a private entrance for added privacy and convenience. A washer and dryer are also included in the unit.
Most utilities are included in the monthly rent, including electricity and water. Tenant is responsible for garbage service and internet. Internet is available, and the previous tenant had DirectTV installed, which may be able to be reactivated. Trash service can be arranged through FCC, though cans must be taken to the bottom of the road for pickup, or tenants may choose to haul trash to the local dump themselves.
