(Unit 25) A one-year lease is required, with the first and last months' rent due when the agreement is signed. A month-to-month lease is an option based on each circumstance. Rent is to be paid by the 5th of each month. A $100.00 late fee will be charged after the 5th. Sub-leasing leasing is not allowed. There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet. All residents living in the home must be listed on the lease agreement. No firepits are permitted for the safety of nearby residents. Nothing can be hung from the outside deck, such as laundry or towels.
No smoking is allowed inside the home, and no parties are allowed. There is a two car limit for parking. All residents on the lease must adhere to the HOA regulations. Responsible for power and internet. Water and HOA is included in the monthly rental fee.
